Is my basement dry enough to finish?
We check for moisture before we quote. If there are water problems, they need fixing first, and we will tell you what we find before you spend anything on finishes.
How much does it cost to finish a basement?
It depends on the square footage, how many rooms you want and whether you add a bathroom or wet bar. After a walkthrough we give you a written, itemized quote.
Can you add a bathroom down there?
Usually, yes. A basement bathroom needs drain lines that can reach your sewer or a pump, so we look at that during the walkthrough.
Who handles the plumbing and electrical?
Plumbing, electrical and HVAC work is done by licensed trade pros. We schedule them around the rest of the job, so you still have one point of contact.
